We do not routinely place confirmation calls for every appointment.
Your appointment information is provided when your booking is confirmed, and reminders may be sent by text message or email for certain examinations.
2. What You Need to Know
Please keep the appointment information you receive when your examination is booked.
You should also make sure we have your correct contact information.
3. Appointment Confirmations
Will someone call me?
Generally, routine confirmation calls are not made for every appointment.
Will I receive a text or email?
Text or email reminders may be sent for certain appointments.
A reminder should not replace the appointment information you were originally given.
